And a quick note from the road:
Oh yeah! Very happy to say the Dog's Days Shirts will go for online general sale this Saturday, the 13th!
Half will be for sale at 8AM (CTD) and the other half will open for sale at 8PM (CTD) to help accommodate those in various timezones.
Get 'em from Sofawolf Press, click here!
The shirts look pretty smart--if you haven't seen 'em, here's some photos with Diego wearing one.
Aaand, here's a link to some of the designs patterned on the shirt. :]
Also, on that note, the Dog's Days of Summer books are back in stock on the Sofawolf website as the latest re-print has come in. If you don't have a copy and would like one, now's your chance! :]

Well--it's not a t-shirt. It's a high quality button-up Hawaiian style shirt, which generally to retail around that much.
It's also printed fabric and professionally tailored, which has a very high overhead. Neither Sofawolf or I are really making any money from the shirts--it's just cool to produce a quality product that you don't see often. :]

Don't get me worng. I want you, I want one so bad, it's on and off my mind constantly but at the end of the day it's still 75 bucks and at the moment I can't afford that...I'm still bookmarking the page and two months from now if its still there I'll try and get it.
It's just nice to know there are perfectly reasonable explanations as to why, not some weird delusions or something.

Sucks that the original ones were manufactured wrong, as I was oogling the one at the table during AC. Besides the apparent screwup (as per why they took a while to come out until now) the shirt looks fantastic. I will plunk down the 75 for one. I do wince a bit at the price, but the shirt, FWIW, is worth it from what I saw and felt at AC. Beautifully done.
This shirt arrived in the mail here a few weeks back and I've gotta say I love it. It's really big (we bought a 3XL, so it's nice and loose) and incredibly comfy. I'd have bought two at the time if I had been able to afford to. :3 </testimonial>
As for this pic: lovely work as always, dear. :3

he he he, this looks like a scene that could easily be from EF14. prob from the Erotic fursuit dance lol. Alot of furs steeling shirts or a certain that for that matter, lol. (of coarse this Wolfy and her kyiot friend would never do such a thing, he he)
Epic pick! I'll have to see if i can get a shirt later on. There's gonna be so many DDoS Shirt Clones soon. There almost was at EF. lol

looks great man, alittle more detailed than the comic was. kinda wondering that myself lol. The shirts do look amazing, once i get enough cash i will definitely buy one. by the way i have kinda long arms so which size has the longest sleeves? the only reason i'm asking is because last few times i ordered shirts online the body was great but the sleeves were to short.
hey i got a quesion, i was looking at the chest measurements on the page, it says armpit to armpit
and like straight across its like 12.5 inches, and thats way too small
and all the way around is like 33 and i kno im not a 4XL ^_^;
so would i be safe to say that i should just double my first number?

The response that we have been hearing is that the shirts are fitting "as expected" for people -- which means, I think, that people are ordering the size they usually do and that is working out for them.
I will double-check the measurements on the stock (which we now have -- the original numbers were supplied by the manufacturer for the pre-orders) and adjust the site as needed.

NOTE TO ALL FROM SOFAWOLF:
Be advised that, due to the way our shopping cart system works (or doesn't), there will be a SEPARATE page for each size. So, one page for S, one for M, one for L, etc... The little size-drop-down we used for pre-orders is fine for that, but does not have an associated size/inventory feature -- so with the limited numbers in each size, it's not going to work for this.
I have separate pages for each item done. They will be going online tonight. Go take a look so you know what to do when the shirts go online tomorrow morning at 8AM Central Time.
