The first time commissioner post will be open to twenty commissioners who have never recieved a commission from me before.
All commissions will be in digital ink, where I'll send you a layout to approve through email before I ink.
The list opens Friday, Nov 28th 8pm est.
Maximum of 4 characters per composition.
Content G to X rated.(You must be 18 or older to commission R to X rated compositions.)
The composition will be 300 dpi 8.5x11"
I will ask to post a smaller version of the commission here on my page to help advertise.
I'll field any questions here for now.

When I create the commission list image post on friday at 8pm est, I will make 2 comments...
"1st time commission list: 20 slots"
"Standard commission list: 100 slots"
reserve a spot on the list by commenting under that comment. When the payment is completed I'll post under that comment "Confirmed."
compositions beyond the first are completed after everyone's first composition is completed. (I'm trying to get to everyone at least one commission quickly.)
After everyone has one, I'll go through the list in chronological order.
(Example
If 40 folks sign up, and 5 customers have 4 compositions,
I'll do all 40 1st compositions.
Then I'll start on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th of the earliest multi-composition commissioner...
Then I'll move on the the 2nd, 3rd and 4th of then 2nd earliest multi-composition commissioner's.

It's a round about way, I know, but I'm trying to give everyone a fair chance.

Each character can have clothing, a weapon set and other accessories totalling up to 6 extra points of reference.
Helmets, Very elaborate tattoos, special effects like flames or electricity=1 point of reference.
Armor, full suits(feet, legs, jacket, gloves all included )=2 point of reference.
Mecha armor=3 points. (Those things are tough.)
Simple Weapon=0 point of reference for the 1st, 1 point after that... harness included with 1 point spent)
Elaborate Weapon set (2h, x2 1handed, x1 hand, shield, ranged and ammo pouch,ect... harness included)= 1 point of reference.
Any extra limb pair past 2 pairs of arms and 2 pairs of legs(8 limbs total)=1 point. (so 10 limbs, you'd need to spend an extra point.)
Any extra tails past 4 tails=1 point
Familiars, peebos, elementals, mini-versions=2 points.
Implied background=1point
Detailed background=3points
So a full sized nekked winged fairy getting teased by 3 nekked nymphette familiars that were 1/5th her size would actually count as a *one* character commission by level of difficulty. (and a fun idea)
A pic of a gundam with a complex lazer rifle and a set of fin funnels (I'd count 4 of them as 1 familiar) would be 1 character too.
A warrior with full ffxiv style armor and a weapon with a summoned familiar 3+1+2= single character commission. (Another tough one, but it's in the boundaries)
A nekked she-werewolf looking at herself in the mirror is 2 characters. (Sorry. It's 2 full sized referenced characters I have to render. This suggested rule is to give folks an idea of what I'm throwing in for a single character commission.)
Naturally I'm willing to stretch this suggestion, but this will let you know when a character commission *IS* going to stretch the boundaries.

I've identified the order, Weltal84... Sorry I didn't see you on the list earlier.
I was trying to keep the order of the list more transparent than my previous method
(Where folks would email me.) I wanted the list order to be open for everyone to see who actually reserved first.
Unfortunately I didn't count on not being able to use FA's comment tree as a public commission list. Ah well

Fred if you're opening commissions to help you buy fun artsy toys I would love to help but I am strapped for cash and ideas for atleast two weeks. I don't wanna flood your PM or Email with pointless Q&A questions but, your a good artist and I like to support artist like yourself even if it burdens me.

I have a question: If I wanted to commission you to do the cover of my book, is this how I would do so?
For example, if I were to commission you for a 4 character picture (which is still available on http://fredgdart.com/Services.php ) could I use that as my cover?
Forgive me if this in an unprofessional question, this is my first time doing something like this, and between some artists refusing the job due to being associated with 'furries' and Genzoman taking $600 for the job and not showing so much as a single sketch, I don't know what else to do but ask.
