*giggles* This is a birthday giftart by  popsicles of Charlie celebrating another birthday - his way of course. :P

No matter what day it is, Charlie's such a little explorer. :P So much so some think if him and Dora met he'd end up convincing her to go on some sort of adventure and offer to keep Swiper in line. But on his birthday, his caretaker makes sure he does wear his favorite Dora tee before wiggling the birthday hat on and makes him a chocolate cake. Charlie isn't too big on the big parties - just as long as his good friends come to celebrate with him, he's all good and set for his birthday.

And...according to Charlie's silly imagination, he he blows the candles enough, his favorite explorer will suddenly appear to charm and cuddle him. Just a silly wish, of course, but as far as his caretaker knows, just dressing his favorite playdate friend as Dora would be plenty.
