Courage the Cowardly Dog. Always trying to do his best to protect his human mistress, despite all the crazy and improbable threats that come to their farm. I remember that show fondly. Thank you for posting this, I think he looks great drawn in your style. If they could bring that show back, they should allow you to draw him. Carry on. *salutes back*
One of my favorites shows as a kid was Courage the Cowardly Dog, for obvious reasons. One of the reasons I liked it was because it's stylized character designs actually were appealing, as opposed to several other shows, but that's not here or there. Despite this, I actually think Courage looks even better in this style, but that might be because you captured his personality perfectly with this picture.

Usually in the case of some of the older cartoons I watched in my childhood I watch them again today and find them pretty cheesy. Not sure what it is about this one but I found and watched the entirety of it a couple weeks ago and it just really surprised me how good it was still. I wish it was back but I guess it's better to just have the run it had and not keep going til it got to a point that it sucked or something lol
To be honest? Your style really does suit Courage well. I loved the show growing up, and he's probably one of the most adorable characters that CN has ever featured on their network. And honestly, it could pass for a new style for an unlikely revamp of the series. A good one at that.
