
This picture was amusing, or so we thought! It reminded us of celebrities that go in for make-up. In their "natural state," they usually have their hair pulled back into ponytails so that the artist can have easy access to their face. The same thing applies here for trimming! c:
So the pandaren head is now furred and has had all the hair attached. We've practically completed the trimming and need to attach the front of the neck, do some airbrushing around the eyes, attach her real nose, and style her hair. Still a good chunk of work to be done, but she's looking pretty awesome so far.
Oh, and her hair is hand-wefted, or at least I think that's what the technique would be called. That is NOT a wig! We sculpted up the head a bit and hand-glued all of that hair to her head so it would look the most natural. And it really does, too. We'll have to take some video so you guys can see what we mean. c:
