Lesse, use a couple of pterodactyl bones.. a few square shaped rocks, a couple of strings made from vine, red cave paint and uh... this diaper-bone pin ought to do it? .. maybe a few ferns and a couple of charred sticks> I have no idea how Milo's thingy works. It makes cool noises though when you mess with it... Clink clink clink clink.

Yeah, well when I was a cub, our wheels were all triangles, and we were damn proud to have them, too!
And two wheels? Oh.... the prehistoric cubs these days are spoiled. We had to trundle to school on half a wheel and build a new one out of materials around us every time it broke. :>
