Melodramatically. Shout, flail, jump around, maybe break out an airhorn or shoot off a signal flare... Seriously though, I'm oblivious enough when I'm not wrapped in a giant fuzzy thing that restricts all of my senses, so don't be afraid to put some effort into it.
