IMPORTANT When hiring an artist, you are commissioning their particular style and skill level. Please view my gallery for examples of my work before commissioning!

By commissioning or getting a request or art trade from me you agree to all the terms below

BASIC INFO'S

-please watch me what is the point of commissioning art if you don't watch that person
-you agree you are 18+ years of age to commission nsfw art
-you agree you are 16+ years of age to commission sfw art
-I reserve the right to refuse, refund or cancel at any time for any reason I see fit and if harassed about the reason for declining or ending the comission/art trade/request/collaboration it will end with being blocked
-you have to have permission to use any and all oc character(s) involved in the commission
-I will decline work that makes me feel uncomfortable
-Commissions can take between 1-14 days possibly longer but no more than 1 month unless talked about during the commission. as things do happen.
-If you have a deadline, I require 2 weeks advance notice and would like to be told about the deadline as the commissions starts
-I will always send a wip of the sketch (i will try to work with you to send it to you)
-if asked I will send 3 wip pics (sketch,line art and flat color)[only threw telegram so please have a way to contact me out of fa i am willing to try and find someway to talk outside of fa but telegram is my main sources atm]
-Re-posting of commissioned work is fine. Please credit me for the artwork!
-I can decline any commission for any reason
-I exclusively own full rights to all images I post, unless otherwise negotiated during sketch.
-you can always message me threw out the commission i love talking with everyone so don't hesitate to contact me.

PAYMENT

-Payment must be paid in full before I will start to work on the sketch
-PayPal Only
-All payments in USD
-Must be marked as “Goods & Services” with “no address required.”
-Include Username when sending.
-ych payments must be paid within 24 hours or slot will go to prior bidder.


HOW TO ORDER

- Just note me on my FA page, telegram (nick559) discord (Nicklaus#3446)
-Provide me with a form of visual reference (doesn’t have to be a ref sheet but would prefer one).
-No Second Life references accepted.
-no 3D model style references accepted.
-If traditional ref is given, then you are required to provide me the hex codes for characters colors.(so i can make sure the colors are what you hope for.)
-Rare circumstances allow for no visual reference to be provided (such as getting a ref sheet)
-If a specific pose is in mind, then image references of said pose is accepted and welcomed!
-However, if desired pose is of another's artists work then the pose will be adjusted and no identical to the image presented. I will not copy someone else’s work.
-If you don't like some part of a sketch, it's not a problem to change it. BUT ONLY at the sketch stage. Line art can't be edited except for minor fixes or a detail mistake on my part.
-I won’t make fixes to a commission once it’s finished unless it’s a mistake on my part.
-if there is something you would like to add to the commission after completion depending on what it is I may be able to do so for an additional fee (this can be things such as internal views on adult art, and such there is no harm in asking)
-must have the word wolf stated in the contact note to verify that you read all the way threw my tos (there will only be one warning to this)


WHAT I WILL NOT DRAW? (Subjected to change without notice so please note me)

humans, robots, scat, extreme gore, extreme vore, transformation, closed species (please ask some are ok) and maybe other things. Note me if you're not sure. This can also change during the sketch for such reasons as if I'm not liking how the sketch is turning out or it starts to make me uncomfortable.

REFUNDS

-Refunds are only given if I cannot complete or do your commission.



Although you can re-post commissioned images into, your gallery with correct credit given. You are not permitted to use my artwork for commercial use such as: t-shirts, badges, buttons, etc. this can be discussed with me for certain things. However, if it is for personal use, such as a single printing of a commissioned image for yourself (or a friend it was commissioned for) IS allowed but please talk to me about this first either way.

With all of this being said, IF these rules are broken or ignored this could lead to a temp. blacklisting from commissioning me and if further offenses occur it will result in permanent blacklisting.
