How do you cope with burnouts?

I keep trying to work on stories and stuff, one is a MASSIVE commission and the rest are just stories for friends to cheer them up or just as gifts to show them I care and between PC(laptop) problems and other things its hard to work on any of them without just drawing constant blanks and getting frustrated with myself too much to continue writing on them for awhile and it sucks....
anyone got some ideas for easy coping mechanisms or good cooldown tips to help with burnout?
