Jeenakatarox’s Terms of Service

Upon entering an agreement with Jeenakatarox (hereinafter called Artist), the Commissioner shall abide by the terms and conditions below. Refusal to abide by these terms and conditions will result in cancellation of agreement. Cancellations due to the above will be refunded on a case-by-case basis.

General

• Commissioner shall engage Artist to perform the services as agreed upon during initial correspondence. Once Commissioner and Artist agree upon a scope and fee of the Artwork, no reductions to the scope shall be made. (i.e. quantity or type of art, characters, etc.)
o Additions to the scope shall be included in a separate agreement, and any increases in fee shall apply accordingly.

• All correspondence shall be in writing, via email or messaging chats (Telegram, Discord, etc.). Commissioner shall not delete correspondence containing any information relating to the agreement, additions to scope, or revisions to Artwork, until the Artwork is finalized and final payment is issued.

• Unless discussed previously, Artist retains posting rights to any commissioned Artwork produced as a result of any agreement made between Commissioner and Artist. Exceptions shall be requested in writing and will be subject to approval by Artist.
• Artist usage of any finalized Artwork for commercial use (including selling prints or advertising purposes) shall be proceeded by agreement from Commissioner and execution of Artist’s Waiver of Rights to Character Usage.
o Commissioner usage of finalized Artwork must be agreed upon prior to final payment, and is subject to approval by Artist.

• Commissioner will retain the rights to post finalized Artwork to galleries or social media, as long as credit to Artist is given.
o Image cropping of the final Artwork shall be permitted, under the condition that credit is issued to the Artist.
o All other edits must be agreed upon prior to final payment, and are subject to approval by Artist.
o Under no circumstance will Commissioner have the right to sell or re-purpose Artwork for use as a non-fungible token (NFT)

• Artist retains the right to utilize incomplete Artwork for personal use.
• Artist retains the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason.
• For all artwork that may be considered Not Safe for Work (NSFW), by commissioning Artist for said artwork, the Commissioner confirms that they are at least 18 years of age. Proof of age may be requested during the commission process at Artist's discretion.

Payment

• With the exception of payment plans, Artist’s compensation shall be issued in the amount of 50% of the total fee prior to the start of the beginning of the work and 50% following the completion of the Artwork and prior to issuance of the full-resolution deliverable.
o Payment plans shall be offered on a case-by-case basis and only on Artwork including a total fee of $50 or greater.
o Terms of Payment Plans will be discussed and agreed upon prior to start of the work.

• Artist’s compensation shall be issued via Paypal invoice. Exceptions are subject to Artist’s approval.

• Discounts will be offered at Artist’s discretion.
• Refunds may be offered for the following reasons:
o Full Refunds may be offered if:
 Factors beyond the control of Artist and Commissioner result in the delay or cancellation of Artwork.
 Commissioner cancels agreement prior to any work beginning.

o Partial Refunds may be offered if:
 Commissioner cancels agreement after work has begun. Amount of refund will be determined by Artist on a case-by-case basis.

Process and Revisions

• Prior to start of the work, the Commissioner shall provide:
o Up-to-Date References
o 50% Payment
o Full and complete scope of Artwork, including:
 Type of artwork – headshot/half-body/fullbody, Ref Sheet, Stickers, Figurine
 Character poses
 Type and description of background, if applicable

• Artist will submit WIPs to Commissioner following completion of the following:
o Completion of simple or complex background, if applicable
o Completion of character sketches
o Completion of character linework and flat colors

• Upon receipt of WIPs, Commissioner shall provide Artist with revisions or redlines, if necessary, for the work completed thus far. Artist shall incorporate all revisions prior to proceeding with the work.
• Revisions issued by Commissioner following final payment will not be accepted by Artist.

Will/Won’t Draw

• Artist will draw:
o Anthro and/or Feral Characters
o Taurs
o Mammals, Reptiles, Dragons, Amphibians, Avians, Fish, Sergals
o Simple mechanical characters including Protogens and Synths
o Simple clothing
o Horror monsters not involving violence or gore
o The following fetishes:
 Soft Vore
 Micro/Macro
 Hypnosis
 Candy Gore
 Paws
 Tasteful Nudity (genitals showing but no sexual actions depicted)
 SFW Consensual Transformation

• Artist might draw (subject to additional fees at Artist’s discretion):
o Humans
o Complex clothing
o Vehicles
o Complex mechanical characters including mechs
o Horror monsters involving violence and/or gore
o The following fetishes:
 NSFW other than tasteful nudity
 Inflation
 Exaggerated Features (for example: large belly, hyper, etc.)
 Slime Characters
 Violence
 Gore
 Some Non-Consensual Transformation (case-by-case basis)
 Feral NSFW with scleras visible – both characters must be canonically sapient

• Artist won’t draw:
o Imagery associated with bigotry, racism, or hate groups
o Political imagery
o The following fetishes:
 Cub/Pedophilia
 Diaper
 Anything that could be considered “chasing”
 Rape/Non-consent
 Feral NSFW without scleras visible or with at least one character being canonically non-sapient
 Genital Transformation (character turning into genital)
 Some Non-Consensual Transformation (case-by-case basis)
 Urination
 Scat
 Necrophilia
