The commission is carried out digitally without the need for physical delivery. Once a file has been prepared for animation, a full refund will not be accepted. Please wait for the commission to complete as this is a common occurrence.

Preparing a file for animation takes several days on average. Animation is created within 10-15 days. Sometimes I need more time if the commission is more difficult. I'll still notice you about it. I usually use Telegram to communicate with clients. I try to inform about all stages of work so that people do not worry. So you can write to me at any time and I will reply as soon as possible!

When the animation is ready, the client may need 1 free edit. Any changes in the work after that are carried out on a paid basis. Please discuss all wishes in advance.
