[VERY IMPORTANT] Contact, work, refunds

Who made a FA journal without permission?Hey fellas, the past few months have been a fucking whirlwind of shit going on, good and bad. I'll spare you the nitty gritty details for now. I'm sure you're probably wondering about progress on stuff.
Well, the short of it- Kenny's helping me with getting stuff figured out. We may be planning some huge and I mean HUGE life changes in the coming months and honestly I need to get my backlog CLEARED.
I am going to take a moment to acknowledged that I did mess up. Majorly. I let real life overwhelm me, I took on far too much work trying to make ends meet. That is no one's fault but mine and I fully take responsibility for the fact that it was very unprofessional.
Things are improving here, but I have dug myself into a hell of a hole and I'm going to account for that; I'm just thankful that I have a partner who is willing to help me.

Changes Going Forward
I'm going to start this by saying that I have turned off my notes while I get pieces caught up. This does not mean I can't be contacted, as that is the point of the form above. If you have already sent me a note that hasn't been answered, you don't have to send a form! The amount of notes I'm getting on FA is just quite frankly extremely overwhelming and feels a bit more like I'm running in place more than getting caught up; I have many WIPs to send out, but the influx of notes is scrambling my brain and I am struggling to remember who gets what WIP, what finished piece, etc.
While I am still working on getting things better off, my parents are well off enough that I am in a position to offer refunds. If you request a refund you will be added to a refund queue. In the case that your piece has progress, you will be shown a WIP and able to reevaluate if you'd like the finished piece or a partial refund.
Regarding future sales, I am going to halt multislot YCH sales almost completely for the time being- I may not offer them again, or if I do it'll be far from now. I will still be offering single slot YCHs with quicker turnaround times than my previous work [A week deadline by default]. I will also be adjusting my prices to reflect improvement and time spent, while also allowing me to make a livable wage in order to continue making my own ends meet and offer refunds. I also would like to keep adoptables available for sale, both in my ko-fi shop and in my gallery.
The final change: I will be setting hours and taking time off at a normal rate. I've been 'roomba'ing my workload - getting a little bit all of the time instead of putting aside hours to complete a decent amount of work at once and it's not getting my anywhere as fast as I'd like it. The days I take are to be posted after I get things figured out.
