Seeking artist

As the journal title states, I want to find an artist. There are three main criteria I am specifically hoping they meet:
1) They can draw humanoid characters, specifically kemonomimi in this case.
2) They are okay with drawing robotic limbs. Nothing complex, mind you.
3) They are willing to draw exceptionally large, though not really hyper, breasts.
Preferably, I'm after artists who are open for commissions, and will do reference sheets. I am not in a hurry, but I would be more comfortable with one who doesn't have a three month+ queue. Send suggestions in the comments ^^;
