1.*Commission Process*
To request a commission, please provide a full detailed description of what you would like, including reference or inspiration images. After receiving this information, I will give you an estimated price and timeline I normally take two or three weeks
well any other people want urgent commissions so I charge extra for it

2. *Cancellation and Refunds*`_
If a commission is canceled before work begins, a full refund of the deposit will be provided. If work has already started the commission so I don't give refunds to be issued under any circumstances. Please keep this in mind when ordering

3. *Payment Terms*
Well, you don't have a budget issue so must be paid in full as an upfront. well you have budget issues so we can go with a split payment like half now and a half after you approve the sketch
*Payment Methods*: "Payments are accepted through PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, and Zelle well you don't have anything so I'm also able to make an invoice you paid with your debit/credit card

4. *Usage Rights*
Once the commission is paid in full, the client has the right to use the artwork for personal or commercial purposes, depending on the terms outlined in the contract. The artist retains the right to showcase the artwork in their portfolio, social media, and other promotional materials
When using the artwork online or for promotional purposes, proper credit to the artist must be given. Credit must include the artist’s name or handle and a link to their social media or website if applicable

5. *Client Responsibilities*
It is the client’s responsibility to provide clear, accurate references and descriptions for the commission. The more detail provided, the better the outcome
All commissioned work must be original. The artist does not accept commissions based on copyrighted characters or designs unless proper licensing or permission has been granted

6. Changes :
Two rounds of changes are included in the commission price. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
Completion Time: Estimated time for completion will be provided upon acceptance of the commission. Timelines may vary depending on the artist’s schedule and the complexity of the project.

7. Privacy & Data
Any personal information shared with the artist (name, email, etc.) will be used solely for the purposes of the commission or transaction. Personal information will never be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
