Pinup tattoo idea

So, I've decided I want another tattoo. You know how a lot of straight fellas get a pinup girl? Well. I wanna get a pinup guy. I was thinking a guy dressed in just board shorts, a hemi matau (fish hook) necklace, maybe an ankle, and posed provocatively on/with a surfboard.
I'd like to find an artist to design the tattoo for me, as I can't draw as well as I'd like to. Any help would be appreciated, and for the artist, I am of course willing to compensate.
