🐾 By purchasing from me you agree to my terms of service 🐾
I, as the artist, have the right to refuse any commission I do not feel comfortable doing.
I reserve the right to utilize your commission for the purpose of advertising or any other promotional reasons.
So first things first, Thank you so much for considering commissioning me! ;p;
The items written below will be your guide to my terms of service and how I handle things.
Specifics for what I'm offering will be in the FurAffinity journal/post when commissions open.
For Auctions and Your Characters Here (YCHs), rules will be in the auctioned artwork/YCH description.
My Commission Queue is found on my Profile page. Please refer to my workload before you commission! First to pay on the list is always top priority!
I always do batches of two to three commissions per workday, so that's why you'll see them in batches of two or three.
Each work will be labeled by it's progress: :3(NW) - now working
(WIP) - semi-working
(W) - next in line
(Pnd) - payment pending
Multi YCHs and Chibi Commissions will be grouped together while YCH Auctions are separated since these are usually larger pieces.
★ Do's ★
Here's what you can expect:
> Payments accepted: Paypal USD only, no E-CHECKS please.
> Payment is required upfront, and I'll send you an invoice via Paypal. Pls complete payment within (2) two working days.
> Your email is needed for the invoice and the high-resolution file.
> Work starts once payment and references are received.
> You can repost/print/use your commissioned material for personal use.
> Feel free to edit commissioned work.
> While I prefer artistic freedom, I'm happy to accommodate any specific requests you might have.
> Thoroughly describe your character to avoid any misunderstandings about coloring, poses, actions, expressions, etc.
> Everything listed here is okay to draw (but must be SFW): fanarts, babyfur, paw obsessions, collars and leashes, busts (breasts), minor gore/blood, cannabis, humanoid (but depends on complexity), and ferals.
★ Dont's ★
Here's what I won't do AND tolerate:
> Absolutely No NSFW material: pornography, zoo/pedophilia, sexualization, naughty bits, rape, fetishes, BDSM, excessive gore, bestiality, filth, etc. (you get the point). But I will accept NSFW references for your characters if necessary.
> I won't create anything slanderous or hateful towards individuals or groups.
> Don't reproduce my work for profit or claim it as your own.
> I am not accepting any trades or requests at the moment. thank you!
> I don't work under constant pressure, so please don't spam me with notes and emails unless you want to be blocked.
> Harassment or bullying of any kind will result in you and your party being blocked from future interactions and work.
★ Working time and Other Info ★
Here's what to expect regarding timelines and other important info:
> Estimated Time: For Normal Pieces (1-2 characters), expect (7) to (21) days after payment and references.
Larger Pieces and auctions (3 or more characters) may take longer (around 15 days to a month).
> If there are any delays (exceeding three weeks to a month), feel free to ask about the status of your commission. I'll keep you updated!
> Cancellations/Refunds: Payments are final once sent and cannot be revoked.
> Minor Changes/Edits: Limited to 2-3. Major changes will have an additional fee based on complexity.
> For Adoptables: You have full rights to resell (at half price), repost, print, and edit.
However, if I catch you selling my adopts for more than their original price, there may be consequences haha! >w>
