1. Payment and Refunds

-> Refunds are issued only if the Artist fails to deliver the artwork.

2. Payment

-> Full payment is required upfront, or a 50% deposit for larger projects (over $200), with the remainder due upon completion.

-> Prices are non-negotiable once agreed upon, barring changes in scope.

3. Refund Policy

4. Delivery Time

-> Delivery times will vary based on the project and my current workload. I will provide an estimated delivery time when the project begins.
-> Delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated as soon as possible.
