Something Has been on my mind Mature
Posted 2 months agoI've seen on some peoples profiles saying about the ABDL & I have been wanting to express & explain about it. the ABDL isn't strictly fetish nor is it strictly sexual with my experience with it it reduces anxiety give a sense of security & escape from life Stresses & i feel more relaxed I've gone out with one on i have never felt so calm & with all the different sensory information i have to Process it is alot for a autistic person. It has nothing to do with people who are under 18 the ABDL community is strictly 18 or older because it can evolve into sexual activity. but that doesn't mean the art has to be because Anyone can wear Diapers at any age. Here is the other misconceptions that people think about the ABDL Incontinence: Many people think that all ABDL individuals are incontinent or have a medical condition that requires them to wear diapers. In reality, most ABDLs are fully capable of using the toilet; they choose to wear diapers for comfort, pleasure, or emotional reasons.
Link to Pedophilia: A pervasive misconception is that ABDL is connected to pedophilia or that participants have inappropriate attractions to children. This is not true; ABDL is about adult role-playing and regression, and not about sexual attraction to minors.
Mental Health Issues: Some believe that those interested in ABDL have unresolved psychological issues or trauma. While some might engage in ABDL as a form of escapism or coping, this isn't inherently indicative of poor mental health. Many ABDLs are well-adjusted and mentally healthy.
Stereotypical Behaviors: It's a common belief that all ABDLs behave in a childish or infantile manner in everyday life. In reality, ABDLs can lead normal, functional adult lives and may engage in ABDL activities privately or in specific contexts, separate from their daily responsibilities.
All ABDLs Are the Same: The ABDL community is diverse, encompassing a wide range of interests and practices. Not all ABDLs engage in the same behaviors or have the same motivations. Some may be more focused on the diaper aspect, while others gravitate toward role-playing or other forms of regression.
ABDL Is a “Phase”: Some people view ABDL as a fleeting interest or something that people will eventually "grow out of." For many, it's a lifelong preference and an integral part of their identity, much like other kinks or fetishes.
Public Perception Is Universally Negative: While there may be a stigma around ABDL, perceptions vary widely. Some people are understanding and accepting, while others may hold negative stereotypes. However, there are many supportive communities where ABDLs can share experiences without judgment.
ABDL Is Only About Diapers: While diapers are a significant element of ABDL culture, the community extends beyond just wearing diapers. Role-playing, nurturing dynamics, and other forms of age regression are also central to the experience.
Lifestyle and Sexual Elements Are the Same: Not all ABDLs are sexually motivated in their interests, and for some, it is purely about comfort and regression without any sexual connotation. Each individual navigates their feelings and experiences differently.
ABDL Is a Dangerous Lifestyle: There’s a misconception that engaging in ABDL activities can be harmful or dangerous. As with any personal interest, it depends on the individual’s approach and context. Many find healthy ways to incorporate ABDL into their lives without negative repercussions.
Social Interaction Is Limited: Some outsiders think that ABDLs are socially isolated or can't relate to others. However, many ABDLs find community and establish friendships through online forums, conventions, and local meetups.
ABDL and Age Play Are the Same: While ABDL is a form of age play, not everyone who enjoys age play identifies as ABDL. Age play can encompass a broader range of dynamics and roles beyond the baby or diaper aspects.
Stereotyping Based on Appearance: There’s a misconception that all ABDLs will have a certain look or style. In reality, there’s a wide variety of expressions and personal aesthetics within the community.
Understanding these misconceptions can lead to more open-minded conversations about ABDL and help foster a more inclusive and respectful environment for those who identify with this community. If you don't understand it don't hesitate to ask or read about it online. Just remember how the furry fandom also had misconceptions such as All furries are perverts or have a fetish: This is one of the most prevalent misconceptions. While some individuals in the fandom may have a non-traditional sexual orientation or kink, the vast majority of furries are simply fans of anthropomorphic animals and do not engage in explicit or deviant behavior.
Furries wear fursuits all the time: Most furries do not wear fursuits regularly, but rather reserve them for special events, conventions, or photo shoots. Fursuits are often hot, heavy, and expensive, making them impractical for everyday wear.
The furry fandom is only about sex: While some aspects of the fandom may involve mature themes or explicit content, the majority of furry art, writing, and community activities are focused on creative expression, friendship, and self-identification.
All furries identify as LGBTQ+: While the furry fandom does have a high proportion of LGBTQ+ individuals, it is not exclusive to this community. Many straight, cisgender people also participate in and enjoy the fandom.
Furries are all young adults: The furry fandom spans a wide range of ages, from teenagers to older adults. Many furries are professionals, students, or retirees who simply enjoy the creativity and camaraderie of the community.
Furries are anti-social or have social anxiety: This misconception likely stems from the fact that many furries are introverted or prefer online communication. However, the furry fandom is built around community and social interaction, with many furries actively participating in events, meetups, and online forums.
Furries are all artists or writers: While many furries are talented artists, writers, or musicians, others have different skills and interests. Some furries may be programmers, scientists, or work in various other fields.
The furry fandom is a cult or has a unified ideology: The furry fandom is a decentralized, diverse community with no single ideology or leader. Individuals are free to participate and express themselves as they see fit, without fear of judgment or reprisal.
Furries are all into bestiality or zoophilia: This is a disturbing and completely false misconception. The furry fandom is focused on anthropomorphic animals, which are fictional creatures with human-like characteristics, not real animals.
Furries are immature or childish: The furry fandom is often associated with cartoons, comics, and fantasy, leading some to believe that it's only for children or immature adults. However, many furries are creative, intelligent, and emotionally mature individuals who simply enjoy exploring their imagination and self-expression.
All furries have a 'fursona': A fursona is a personal, anthropomorphic animal character that represents an individual in the furry fandom. While many furries do have a fursona, it's not a requirement for participation in the community.
The furry fandom is dying or in decline: Despite the rise of online hate groups and negative media portrayals, the furry fandom remains a vibrant and growing community. New conventions, events, and online platforms continue to emerge, and the fandom shows no signs of slowing down don't treat the ABDL community. Like when The furry Fandom was miss understood exactly the same way. lets talk about the things we don't understand instead of coming up with our own conclusions witch isn't the way to do it when you don't understand it. because it causes stigma fallacy & other emotions feelings towards a group or individuals lets have a open Discussion. Pegi Rating system is a Joke
Posted 9 months agoI've preferred the old Rating system before Pegi because it tells you Exactly what's in the Game like the ESRB but instead you get symbols like we in kindergarten instead & depending on the age rating it's determined by the level of themes in the game such as mild moderate & strong extreme is no different to strong however it will tell you in more Detail on there website but why should you it should tell you at the back of the Game but it doesn't does it so here is how it works 3 7 12 16 18. a rating of 7 is mild rating of moderate is 12 a rating of strong is 16 & 18 is also strong but should be categorised as very strong that's the best way to remember what level of impact is in a video game. On the other hand i praise the ESRB for saying Exactly what's in the game without having to go online and read what it all means i personally prefer the ESRB. because pegi makes the lowest effort symbols its Lazy & its very Vague does pegi honestly believe that there Rating system works because I've heard kids playing GTA V COD and possibly single player games that are Rated 18 one example is the Last of us that Game is very violent would you let your child play a M Rated Games for me if i had a child i will only allow select few obviously when they are Ready until they are mature enough to play GTA V the last of us uncharted i don't believe in stopping them from playing M Rated games i will talk to them about instead 18 & 16 Games so they understand what's in the Game and ask them are they ready for playing Games with stronger Themes i will tell them Exactly what's in the Game & what Bad language is in the Game.
Inclusion & diversity
Posted 9 months ago"I think it would be very great to see more black characters in furry art. I've always felt like I don't see very much myself represented in the fandom, and it would be amazing to see more diverse characters and stories. Does anyone have any favorite examples of black characters in furry art or stories that they'd like to share? I think it's really important for us to prioritize representation and inclusion in our community, and I'd love to hear others' thoughts on this."
Remember, the goal is to start a conversation and encourage others to think about the importance of representation in the furry fandom. By sharing your thoughts and opinions, you can help create a more inclusive and welcoming environment for all fans. If you know a artist that does black characters please share!

The day of the funeral When the Black Car made it's way as it approached i Broke Down to Tears It was the Hardest thing Going to a Funeral. But i wanted to do it for them when it Finished I Felt like i was shaking & all my blood Left my Body. I went to someone to talk about my Family Member then after i had therapy Just to empty what was on my mind It lasted for 2 Years I've Never Felt Better getting weight off my shoulders.
