TOSTerms Of Service
1) I have the right to decline any commission without giving a reason.
2) All commissions are for non commercial use only. Unless discussed otherwise. Commercial prices/fees will apply in that case.
3) I reserve the right to post/print/distribute the commissioned work as I see fit.
4) Extra charges may apply to over complicated designs/props etc. (examples: wings, intricate patterns, complicated clothing)
5) I require reference material to work from, whether it be a written description, a drawn reference or photos. A description of personality would be fantastic as it helps so much to portrait the character I will be drawing.
6) I do NOT allow my work whether it be commissioned or my own personal work to be used for machine learning training, creating Artificial Intelligence generated images nor sold/associated with NFTs.
7) I may or may not post a commission online, but the commissioner is free to post it themselves.
8) Payment is made upfront through Paypal. After a quote has been given and agreed upon. (Payment in installment up to discussion)
9) Refunds are issued if I haven’t started the commission yet.
10) Art will be drawn in my stylized style (unless discussed otherwise), so designs and characters’ features will be adapted to my style.
11) After payment I will send a sketch preview for revision. One free revision is included at this stage. Additional revisions will be charged a fee. (exceptions of course occur in case for example I didn’t match certain markings or colors as provided in the reference).
12) Turnaround time: 5 to 10 working days after payment is received, unless a major event happens and I am unable to fulfill this, in which case I’d promptly let all commissioners aware of the delay/situation. It could also take less time, depending on the commission request. Multiple character commissions might take more time.
13) You must be 18+ to ask for a NSFW commission. By asking a NSFW commission you agree you are at least 18.
What I Will Draw:
Stylized anthropomorphized animals, anthros, humans, creatures, D&D, NSFW, pet portraits etc.
What I Will NOT Draw:
Gore (some blood ok), vore, most hardcore fetishes and kinks, non consenting adults/minors/animals, realistic style, hateful/discriminating content.
