Operating procedure:
★ The first step is you share your idea for art with me. If you're sensitive to things like scale style, character emotions, time of day, etc., please let me know!
★ After I found out all the details of the commission, I will send payment information.
★ 100% prepayment. But if you do not have such an opportunity, you can explain the situation to me. Usually I open to discuss ♥
★ I am sending the first WIP. A simple sketch to approve a pose, etc. If you gave me a lot of freedom in fantasy, then there can be two or three sketches. In this step can be any change.
★ After approving the previous step, I send the second WIP. This is a more detailed sketch. A character with all the details is clearly visible on it. At this stage, slight changes in posture or changes in the character's appearance are possible.
★ If this is a new character design, then at this point I send a flat color. If not, then the next step.
★ Render. I am sending the finished result. At this point, slight color changes are possible.
★ Please be careful at every step! I want to make the perfect art for every commission. And I will be glad if you help me with this! ^-^
Additional details that may be of interest to you:
★ Payment is made in the form of a donation to the Boosty. If you've never done this before, I'll help. It's just a couple of steps and you don't need to register!
★ Payment is also available on PayPal
★ If you have a commission discount (from Boosty), please be sure to let me know in advance! I may not know (if your nickname is different) or forget about it.
★ The lead time is usually 1-2 weeks. But if the queue is large, it may take 3 weeks. If you are time sensitive let me know!
★ Usually I publish all commissions. But if you want your commission to be kept secret or published anonymously, let me know about it!
★ I also publish commission PSD files on the Boosty website. If you don't want this, please let me know ^-^
★ If you have a very detailed character or background, additional payment is possible.
★ You have full rights to the image that I will create for you.
★ If you need an PSD file, let me know, I'll send it in a private message ^-^
★ Whatever it was, I would be grateful if you specified a link to original source or author.

My refund policy
★ Customers may cancel an order prior to the start of work (only if the payment was made via PayPal). In this case the refund is made less 20% of the cost.
★ If the work has already started, no refund will be made. I am willing to make reasonable adjustments to the work if it does not meet the originally agreed requirements or if the customer's requirements have changed slightly.
★ Each case is treated on an individual basis. My primary goal is your satisfaction and I am willing to work with you to find the most appropriate solution.
★ If you have any questions about your commission, please contact me within 1 year of receiving the work ^-^
