Restrict access to podcasts with explicit content on Mac
You can prevent people who use your Mac from accessing podcasts with explicit content.
On your Mac, choose Apple menu
> System Settings, then click Screen Timein the sidebar. (You may need to scroll down.)
If Screen Time is off, turn it on.
Click Content & Privacy, then make sure “Restrict explicit content, purchases, downloads and privacy settings” is on.
Do any of the following:
Restrict podcasts with explicit content: Click Store Restrictions, then turn off Allow Explicit Music, Podcasts and News.
Turn off the app on an iOS or iPadOS device: Click App Restrictions, then turn off Allow Podcasts in the Allowed on iOS section.
See the Screen Time section of the user guide for iPhone, iPad or iPod touch. If a device doesn’t have the latest version of iOS or iPadOS, get the user guide from the Apple Support Manuals website.
