• The 2024 State of Enterprise WordPress Survey (100+ global organizations) found 55% use WordPress exclusively, and 75% are committed long-term, citing strong ROI and enterprise readiness.
• Kevin Jahns demoed Yjs integration, enabling real-time collaborative editing in WordPress. He tackled content sync and conflict resolution, with participants testing live collaboration.
• WordPress VIP launched IP-Based Request Denial, allowing users to block IPs from the VIP Dashboard and add notes for better security and efficiency.
• WordPress.com introduced Studio Sync, letting Business and Commerce plan users sync local, staging, and live environments for seamless multi-developer collaboration.

• DeepSeek-R1, a new open-source reasoning model from DeepSeek, uses reinforcement learning to tackle complex tasks at 90-95% lower cost.
• JetBrains launched Junie AI, an IDE coding assistant for IntelliJ IDEA Ultimate and PyCharm Pro, with WebStorm support coming soon. It handles routine tasks and aids complex projects.
• Gartner forecasts a 9.8% rise in global IT spending for 2025, reaching $5.3T. Software (12.5%) and IT services (11.5%) will see the biggest gains.
• Meta’s SeamlessM4T AI now translates between 101 languages with 23% higher accuracy, maintaining performance even with background noise and speaker variations.
