“In the end, we only regret the chances we didn’t take.”

It’s a cliche, isn’t?

It’s like the words you read from the books.

“You’ll regret it if you don’t try”

But fear has a way of paralyzing us, of whispering doubts into the quiet spaces of our minds.

“What if I fail?”

“What if it’s not worth it?”

“What if…?”

But what if I tried? What if I took that leap of faith and embraced the uncertainty? The unknown is daunting, but it’s also where miracles happen.

I always consider about the possible consequences of taking a risk, but at the same time, I couldn’t shake off the feeling that this decision might be exactly what I need.

It could be the opportunity that I’ve been searching for all this time, even if I didn’t know it.

I thought as I moved forward, maybe it led me to this decision because sometimes, not all risks are worth taking.

It is indeed true that “we only regret the chances we didn’t take,” but I think it’s also important to acknowledge that there are times when avoiding certain risks is the right choice for us.

And sometimes, they lead us to where we’re meant to be.
