Field Sales Representative (m/w/d)

Fulltime | Sweden ( Stockholm)

As a Field Sales Representative Sweden, you’ll be sharing our skincare philosophy and product knowledge with retailers across Sweden, Norway, and Finland. Our current retail partner is Kicks, both in-store and online.

You’ll be joining a dynamic, close-knit local team of four, based in Stockholm. Your role will involve regular travel within Sweden and occasional trips to Norway and Finland, with hotel accommodations provided. You may also be asked to work some weekends for special events.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on building relationships and is passionate about skincare and retail.



Your tasks


  • You will regularly visit different stores to check stock levels, ensure visual merchandising is of a high standard, identify business opportunities and make reports of the visits.
  • You will check on site that testers are clean and in sufficient supply.
  • You are responsible for building and maintaining good working relationships with customers and retailers.
  • You always communicate our brand philosophy.
  • You recognize the need for skin care and product training for the retail partners.
  • You are responsible for the booking, coordination and administration of product trainings.
  • You also enjoy actively planning, coordinating and participating in events.



What you bring with you


  • You enjoy giving product trainings.
  • You like to be on the road and have no problem travelling regularly through Sweden (and also visit stores in Norway and Finland from time to time).
  • You have a passion for beauty and have already gained experience in the field of beauty/skin care (2-3 years).
  • You like to work with numbers and have a basic understanding of business, as well as excellent customer service skills.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English.
  • You like to work independently but can also work well together in a team.
  • You have a valid driving licence.
