Theme
We implemented the theme of "re-entry" by imagining these dodgeballs re-entering the sphere of influence of the planets/moons in game.
Constraint
The extra requirement "astronomical phenomena" in the core gameplay loop is met by our cool gravity physics, wormholes for the dodgeball to traverse.

Couldn't fully test this game out as I was using a keyboard and mouse, but cool concept. The game felt very polished and responsive and I can imagine this being a fun party game. Awesome job team!
This is my unbiased take as one of the creators of the game, we are best :P
Unfortunately, I had no player two either so I couldn't fully test out the game, but I can tell this would be a very fun and competitive party game, which I certainly enjoy. The art style is amazing, and the game is polished to a degree befitting your team's title. Music was great, and I remember from the showcase on the day that it gets more intense as you play. A shame I can't really test this game out right now, but it truly looks incredible! Very nice work :D
This is such a cute game. Though I cannot play as I don't have a player I tried out with the keyboard. I had to use the wasd like a joystick though (pressing the wasd in a circle) which felt weird, I understand you guys implemented this game for a controller so this make sense. You guys have out done yourselves. Art, music and game feels is top tier.
