Team members
I was the only one (dnlsdv)

Software used
Godot, GIMP, Blender and a piece of paper with a pencil

Use of the limitation
I decided to fake the end of the game by a fake door and create another, which has to be broken with a knife (player has to figure this out). That secret starts a new game in roguelike style.

Cookies eaten
You won't belive this (the answer is zero xD).

I like the idea, but it feels very unfinished currently. After the first door in the dungeon, the other two just seemed to lead into nothing, and it was too dark to really see anything. The fact that I have to manually quit the game every time I fall is pretty annoying, especially since it can be hard to see the drop. The game needs a way to quit built in.

The range of the knife attack also seems a bit too big, and it felt inconsistent at times. It also could be made a bit more clear when you hit an enemy, as I didn't really notice the sound at first and was hard to hear at times.

I did like the tutorial, though I would prefer not having to go through it every time I start the game.

Thank you for a great detailed feedback, I really appreciate that! I was going to fix a lot of issues after submitting to the game jam after a while, but your points are fair and I will take those into account before publishing a new version of the game!

Its pretty annoying that I have to restart the game every time i fall down, and theres not enough indication for attacks.

The graphics are great though, and I'm sure this could be improved to be way better in the future!

awesome artwork, love the diegetic tutorial, really enjoyed finding myself in a secret dungeon crawl after bypassing the exit

Developer

Thanks!

It's good, but there are doors that lead nowhere, and you fall endlessly in the dungeon. The game looks visually AMAZING, the 3D models are very cool. The gameplay could have a bit more spice, and more sounds. It also needs some polishing.

Overall, great work! Congrats!

Thank you! I dedicated too much of the time for making visuals, will try to make accent more on the gameplay on the next game jam!

Looks good, but when I fell in a hole in the dungeon I was  falling forever and had to exit the game

Developer

Yep, got to fix this issue.

Nice art!

Developer

Thank you! ❤️

It's really easy to use the wrong door in the beginning and think that the game is over

Developer

that's the point 🙂

I thought I would leave a comment about it and maybe help some people discover it. The discoverability of the other door is a bit hard atm
