Use of the limitation
You control the gravity which affects incoming spaceships. That is the Environment, and the only way you can save the ships.
Cookies eaten
None actually. A lot of Pepsi was drank tho.

Really interesting game! nice use of the limitation and concept! I felt like this is one of those which the mechanics are simple yet hard to master. Nice work!
Thank you so much for playing and rating! I am glad you feel that way, simple yet hard to master controls is definitely the area I am trying to hone in on as a developer :D
I really liked this game! The interplay between need to attract the ships around you while also keeping the asteroids away was super interesting. I think one that that might be helpful would be to add a little circle demonstrating the edges of your gravitational field, so that it's easier to estimate the path the ships will take. Anyways, awesome work!
Thank you so much for trying it out and rating it! It is an interesting idea, but as it is a field, there is no real edge to the gravity in this game. I could however look into adding a color coding view (like gravity vision) to illustrate the intensity of it). could be a fun little challenge, haha!
Didn't realize it was that complicated, haha! A color coding view is a way better idea than a simple field, you could call it like Eldritch Eyesight or something lol
Really dope game!
The gravity change is a bit too incremental, could be more smooth, and having the shift button speed up the mass change could be nice, but it may fuck around with the balance a bit.
I would have also loved to see a bit more chaotic gameplay, where a bunch of ships and meteors would spawn!
Thank you very much for playing and rating! I totally agree. I would like to add an increase in difficulty so that asteroid and ships spawn more frequently as time passes. And you might be correct on the increment sizes, I will likely experiment with having much smoother control.
The gravity effect is really cool. My only complaint is that the player character is going to give me nightmares for the next week or so. The game itself is pretty fun. Nice job!
Mu'Riel promises they just want to help. Honest! Thank you so much for playing and rating!
Very creative idea, the concept is really cool, the art is nice, and I like how it uses the limitation and theme. I like the idea of being in control of an eldritch horror (even if it is a benevolent one). I did find it a little tricky as the ships seem to slow down quite a bit after being redirected, so by the time I needed to enlarge to help the next ship, the first one still hadn't reached the bottom. That could just have been me not playing well though lol.
Thank you so much for playing and rating my game! And yes it is intended to be a bit difficult as actually we don't know why Mu'Riel is helping humans. The death count certainly adds doubt. Once rating is done I will tinker with the physics a bit more and perhaps add multiple types of ships as well, some easier to spin around, and some a lot harder but worth more human souls.
Cool Idea, I like how Control the enviroment and Fusion things connected together.
Game would be perfect if you add to ships a more detailed sprites and a sprite animation to all objects in general.
Fully agree! I would love to add little animations to everything, especially Mu'Riel and the ships. Perhaps even have different classes of ships with different properties. Thank you playing and rating the game!
I liked the concept of the game and how I use gravity to sling the ships to me. Nice art.
Maybe it was a little hard for me but Nice Game :)
Thank you playing and rating the game! And yes, it might be a bit difficult, but I think it fits an Eldritch Horror, helping humans. It's unclear why Mu'Riel is helping, and the lost ship are proof of that, haha.
I really like the way gravity has been applied to your game - congratulations!
Thank you! It's took quite a bit of play testing to get it to a nicely playable state, so I am really happy it's working well
Super awesome! Love the audio. Great concept - I cheered when I saved my first ship. Really great work!
Thank you so much for playing and rating the game! Really happy you found the concept interesting!
