How does your game fit the theme?
The storm is coming, you have to lit the lightouse. You can see the lightnings strikes before you hear the thunder that scares you, hence it's calm before the storm (even in the middle of it, wow!)
Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
Yes for the code, not for the assets, all credits are on the page and at the end of the game

It appears I have wet myself.
Sorry, I’ll bring you clean clothes! :D
Cool game, very suitable for the theme. I really liked the atmosphere and colors of the game.
I kept forgetting during the game that I need to hold the bear, especially while ghosts are chasing me...
But that's my mistake
I also didn't understand why you need to open the windows to see lightning and light?
I can suggest making the window as a spawn point or full health regeneration
Other than that, it's an excellent game!
Opening the curtains allows two things:
But making it a respawn point is a great idea, and full regen after the wave could be good. It could be a safe point too actually, like the shadows can’t come in or die in the lights. Thanks for the feedback!
Oh, wow! The cuddling concept is soo cute! I'm still playing it but I can't wait to write this review.
Onboarding for players was cleverly done. I had fun shooing the ghosties away with the power of light (FEAR ME TORCH!) Graphics are great! The animation when cuddling can be improved (Like the player hugs it really tight for comfort. Maybe the player can't move while cuddling to make it more difficult as well)
Overall, it's a wonderful game. I'm gonna go continue playing and cuddling me teddy!
Thanks for the review! I’m glad you’re having fun.
I was unsure about making the player immobile while cuddling, I was afraid it would make it too difficult and I didn’t want it to be an obstacle in the jam. I might try a few things for the post-jam update! And yes, the cuddling animation can definetly use some improvement. I could squeeze the teddy bear maybe?
