Aw what a sad ending! But you're right that is how it is. Very beautiful and sweet vibes otherwise. Good graphics and music. Controls well. I found combat awkward, some indication that my attacks are landing would have helped a lot. I also got stuck in an enemy once where I couldn't move or attack and had wait for them to finish me off. Otherwise wonderful game.

I believe this is my favourite game of the jam! A deserving winner.
A beautiful idea, excellent storytelling and good gameplay.
I would only change the controls around. Space to attack and W to jump. Would become a one-hand game.
Perhaps the player movement could be worked on too. Test a few things out, at the moment the controls are just a little too floaty somehow.
I really hope you consider doing something more with this game and perhaps fleshing it out to more levels, different animals and areas. It's a beautiful idea which would translate extremely well to all platforms (mobile included).

I'm glad you liked my game. I'll finish the game after the jam. But unfortunately I don't have the opportunity to make a full-fledged game for many platforms yet.

Cool game! I really like the music and atmosphere of this one. Unrelated, but I find it funny that we both make a game where we play as an animal going on an adventure during snowstrom lmao.
Oh, I just noticed Ori is sitting on your shoulder. His games are my favorites. I basically started making games inspired by those games. Now I want you to win even more.

I love the story so much! but the snowstorm effect is making me dizzy at the end! Overall nice game and nice bgm!!!!!

The art is really cute, and the attack system was unique. It was a bit frustrating to respawn before the wolf fight if you missed one of the jumps at the last climb. It made it a bit more punishing to have to fight them again, but I did really appreciate the spawn points existing. The only other thing is that the snow effect started to hurt looking at after a while. Overall, it was a great game that made me want to finish it and the end was creative.

That was cute! I liked the audiovisuals a lot. Ending was an outlier but maybe that’s good, more memorable this way.
