As a user, I would like for GitPrune to have a switch for removing local branches that no longer exist on the remote.

Recently moved GitHelpers.ps1 to the lib subfolder in story #16 via pull request #17. This may affect our current progress.

Merged in PR #40 which contains the test code in GitPrune_Prototype
