Reset Your Password modal - remove instructions if success #141

After clicking the forgotten Password link, reset password modal should remove the instruction text when it shows the success message.

After reset password modal shows success message, the modal should probably no longer have the text "Please provide the email address that you used when you signed up for the site.
We will send you an email with a link you can use to reset your password."

I think it should just show the success text "Success! Check your email for instructions to complete the process."
