The vagrant boxes don't work correctly.

  1. When using the generic boxes, /vagrant doesn't seem to get mounted correctly.
  2. vagrant-puppet-install isn't the best solution, as the Puppetlabs apt repository is not very well suited for Ubuntu distros. (No bionic yet, lackluster releases for intermediate distros.)
