Please, make it short, concise and on-topic.

I saw this description in Package Control when looking for media wiki things:

Mediawiker is a plugin for Sublime Text editor that adds possibility to use it as Wiki Editor on Mediawiki based sites like Wikipedia and many other.

As you could see on the screenshot, useful part of the message starts right there on the right side where the visible area ends.

For example, use this instead:

Edit Wiki pages straight from Sublime Text! Works with any MediaWiki based website, e.g. Wikipedia.

Also note that

MediaWiki is correctly stylized as PascalCase.
It works "with", not "on" (web-)sites.
straight/right/directly/{omit entirely} are interchangeable.
