Need to run this Coantainer on a Rasperry Pi 3+.

change:
On Dockerfile Line 3 to:
RUN curl -L -o /tmp/dep-linux-arm https://github.com/golang/dep/releases/download/v0.4.1/dep-linux-arm && install -m 0755 /tmp/dep-linux-arm /usr/local/bin/dep

now stucks on Step 13/23: RUN ./node_modules/typescript/bin/tsc
error TS2304: Cannot find name 'Exclude'.
