Issue with GitHub Copilot Access

I am reaching out regarding an issue with my account. My current plan is GitHub Pro, and I should have free access to GitHub Copilot. However, for several months now, I have been unable to use Copilot when opening Visual Studio Code (please see the attached screenshot).

Could you please help me understand the reason for this issue and how I can resolve it?

Hi @stepKWyang There might be some issues related to your account restricting your access to use Copilot. The best place to go for answers to account-specific questions like this one is opening a ticket on our Support page. Please open a ticket with them :)
