When I use Copilot in VSCode, it will prompt 'Copilot rate limit exceeded' when the number of requests is constant

I have a CopilotPro subscription, but it is student certified.

Will student certified GithubCopilotPro still be restricted from using Claude SOnnet3.5?

What exactly do you mean by "when the number of requests is constant"? Could you elaborate more?

Do you know "Cline" in VsCode?
In its new ability , we can use VSCode VM API so that I can use Claude3.5.
But when I developing in task it will return a "Copilot rate limit exceeded" in developing my project.
I always use Cline to develop a entirely project.
Through "Cline" I have developed many parts in my program.
In that case, I don't know why it will return error, maybe "Cline" request so fast that I got ban?

i have the same problem. as a paid user. "rate limit exceeded". it appears real quick :(
