Problème vérification

Bonjour je suis lycée et j'aimerais avoir accès au pack éducations mais je n'arrive pas à fournir les documents car je ne peut prendre des photos qu'avec la caméra avant de mon téléphone, donc de mauvaise qualité comment pourrai-je faire? Puis je envoyer mon certificat de scolarité à quelqu'un ?
