If I lost my 2FA key and cannot recover it, is there a way to recover my Github account with my email?
I'm not sure why github is forcing 2FA. But if I was locked out of my account, Can I get access back with email?

If you've lost your 2FA key and can't recover it, you can still try the following:

1. Use Backup Codes: If you saved your backup codes when setting up 2FA, use them to log in.
2. Email Recovery: If you don't have backup codes, you can request account recovery through email on GitHub.
3. Contact Support: If you're still locked out, you can contact GitHub Support for help.
