It will be nice to have an ability to reorder my review comments on a pull request until I submit my review.

Often when I start reviewing a pull request, I put my comments but then at some point I realize that some of my comments have dependency between each other and they need a specific order in the Conversation tab. At this point I should have an option to reorder them before submitting the full review.

As a workaround, I can delete and recreate the comments to adjust the order so that they are in the correct order. But this is a time-consuming and hectic process.

So, it will be nice to have a review comment reorder option.
