We don't work on the Feed UI per se but this feels like a major bug that is impacting your ability to use your feed in the way that you're wanting to filter content in/out. Something like a week ago I started seeing all kinds of struff in my feed that I didn't see before. I updated the filter but it seems to revert back to the incorrect feed time and time again. Sometimes i works if i toggle off and on certain settings.
I am using up-to-date Firefox and have never had this problem before, it started a week ago. Nothing has changed on my side.
