Does github support public url for deploy?

Hey, all
I want to deploy fast-api server to github, using github actions.
I guess I am almost there - I have made github actions workflow to install python, dependencies and run the code.
But I don't really know if the github deploys this server to public url.
Python code is like this: uvicorn.run('app', host='127.0.0.1', port=8000)
I don't know exact ip or url of deployed server.
Please let me know!
