getting unknown git error when trying to install js package (PackageB) by including it in parent js package (PackageA) as dependency

Getting below error when try to run npm install on packageA: (Note: Issue is intermittent, sometimes it passes and sometimes fails on same machine, without changing anything. Also cloning and npm install on packageB separately always works fine)
