Consider combining shared parts of the BUSCO and core gene phylogeny workflows into a single workflow #152

They share 4 processes and the duplication in subset_core_genes.R and subset_busco_genes.R could cause some maintenance issues in the future. This would reduce the number of processes in the pipeline by 4, although a step might need to be added to make the output of the subworkflows the same.
