From what I read, marmot seems to be able to horizontally scale out very well and supports replication of tables data across nodes which is useful if you need many instances of the same data, but I am also wondering if it can shard data across many nodes for extremely large tables as well as I do not just need copies (i.e. replication) but also need data sharding as well.
