Show a custom message on board if no builds to display

We are using Build Monitor with viewJobFilter to filter ONLY failed jobs and would like a Green background and (positive) msg to flash if there is no builds to fix..

Or may be I achieve what Radiator Plugin offers.. Show only failed.. if no failed jobs then show all selected

Would be great to have this feature. We have a huge number of jobs - if we would display all of them in the same size the monitor would no longer be able to display the job name.
Currently we're still using the Radiator view plugin. However the build monitor looks promising.
What blocks us currently is that if evereything is green this looks like an error on the build monitor (if the green jobs are not displayed) plugin :(
Somehow the filtering of "green" jobs is special:
Most probably there would have to be an explicit switch to disable green jobs and display a green-only monitor if there are no failing or unstable jobs. Of course we still want to know if there are no jobs configured...
