Home Assistant weather provider using data from Belgian IRM KMI. The data is collected via their non-public mobile application API.
Although the provider is Belgian, the data is available for Belgium 🇧🇪, Luxembourg 🇱🇺, and The Netherlands 🇳🇱
Note: this is still under development, new versions may not be backward compatible.
- Go to HACS > Integrations
- Add this repo into your HACS custom repositories
- Search for IRM KMI and download it
- Restart Home Assistant
- Configure the integration via the UI (search for 'IRM KMI')
- Basic weather provider capability (current weather only)
- Forecasts
- Hourly
- Daily
- Camera entity for the satellite view
- Use UI to configure the integration
Mapping was established based on my own interpretation of the icons and conditions.

The weather provider sometime uses two weather conditions for the same day (see below). When this is the case, only the first weather condition is taken into account in this integration.
