svelte plugin error

guys when i try to transpile my ts and svelte project,i ran the following command

tsup src --dts

my config is

import { defineConfig } from 'tsup';

export default defineConfig({
	clean: true,
	target: 'esnext',
	format: ['esm'],
	treeshake: true,
	bundle: false,
	splitting: true,
});

i get the following error
