Trouble installing the portainer agent on podman

Hi,

I was able to install portainer 2.23.0 as per documentation.
I was also able to secure portainer with ssl cert's.

Now after I install portainer agent 2.23.0
1- I don't see the portainer agent in the list of environements
2- If I access portainer agent page (:9001) I get {
"message": "Missing request signature headers",
"details": "Unauthorized"
}

(I'm running podman 5.2.2 on rocky linux 9)

How can I fix this ?

I get the same result if I install portainer with no ssl
