機能リクエストは何か問題に関連していますか？背景を説明してください
大量のPDFから一部の項目をWebシステムに手動転記しているが、自動転記できるようにしたいです。GenUでAI-OCRが実現できるのであれば参考にしたいです。

追加 or 改善したい機能について
ユースケースもしくはユースケースビルダーにて、任意のS3もしくは添付したPDFをAI-OCRし、結果を任意のS3に格納するサンプル機能を加えてほしいです。
