Apply damage from botches via chat still not working #1878

Describe the bug
The problem described in this bug #453 still exist.
It is not possible to apply the damage that is shown in the chat.

Currenty, you can't apply SP from botches.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'Make an attack in combat mode'
Click on 'Roll a 20' maybe with sl decision
See Chat
You can't apply the damage

Expected behavior
It would be nice to do so, like it's implemented for combat damage already.

Foundry Version 12.0
